If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have [7] working days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as stem cell therapy, exosome therapy and DNA genetic testings. Due to the nature of our services and the personalized nature of stem cell therapy, exosome therapy, and DNA genetic testings, we have a strict no refund policy once these services have been executed. We commit significant resources and expertise to provide the highest quality and personalized treatments, and once the services have been rendered, it is not feasible to offer refunds. We encourage our clients to thoroughly consider their decision before proceeding with these services and seek any necessary clarifications or information from our team. Our goal is to ensure the utmost satisfaction and safety of our clients throughout their treatment journey.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days such as 10-14 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, only return via courier with tracking number given is accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
